Thirty-plus years of hands-on experience with one hundred-year-old floors have taught me valuable lessons and I’m willing to share what I’ve learned. My opinion is shaped by decades of helping thousands of homeowners get the most out of their wood floors.
I have personally know Michel for many years as we were neighbors. I have always been familiar with his abilities for home renovations and restoration.
I have been involved in a lengthy restoration project at 860 Front Mountain Road, known as the Magnetic Hill Winery, for over 5 years. This property dates back to 1860’s and is now on the registry of historic places of New Brunswick. Close to completion now it was important to find the right person to help bring out the finishing details to present the ‘WOW” factor from the past years of work. In doing so I never hesitated to hire Michel . His responsibilities was to restore the all so important details of the original hardwood floors, doors and woodwork. This required tedious attention to detail. I have been very pleased with any work that he has completed and this has led to further employment and extensions to complete other projects over the past several months.
I find Michel to be courteous ,respectful and trustworthy. I have provided him with keys and password for alarms systems so that he can work at my property on his own terms. I have never had a problem with this arrangement.
